South Korea. This country is so popular nowadays because of 2 things, K-Pop and plastic surgeries. Yes, plastic surgery. It is a usual thing to have a plastic surgery, or more, especially for the celebrity and singer at this country. It is not a secret anymore that plastic surgery becomes one of the Korea culture for all people and all ages. Almost all of Korean people think it is better to have plastic surgery to change their looks drastically and faster. It also becomes a good suggestion to all people in the world that they could have plastic surgery to ‘fix’ their appearances, especially at Korea, 90 percent of Korean people below 30 years old had already did plastic surgery, and half of them are below 18 years old. Korean celebrity and singer have a perfect body, with a perfect face like high nose, slim jaw, big eyes, and white skin, and because of that, most Korean people were influenced and believed that if they want to be a successful celebrity or singer, they must be like Korean celebrity and singer nowadays, to have a perfect body, with a perfect face. And they actually become obsessed with their looks because based on the facts, Asian people especially Korean people, did not have a high nose, slim jaw, and big eyes. With a perfect body and face, they are not only can be a celebrity or singer, they also could get a job easily that other people that never have any plastic surgery on their face.

Plastic surgery also becomes a phenomenal trend to the young people in South Korea. Even the doctors that opened a plastic surgery clinic putted the advertisements for the clinics on some bus stops, billboards, or magazines to prove their ‘successful work’ done by them. Even there is a lot of celebrity that was on the advertisements, and they admit to have plastic surgeries. Even there are some celebrities that admit if they had several plastic surgeries without being the ‘model’ on the advertisement. And, a lot of young people were influenced by the advantages of plastic surgeries, even though it is really, really expensive. Half of the class of high school in Korea did plastic surgery during holiday. And, of course, they look very different with double eyelids or sharper nose. But, there are some plastic surgeries that do not went well. For example, a woman in South Korea injected her face with cooking oil because of her addiction to plastic surgery. Plastic surgery might offers the appearances and beauty that we want, but if we become addicted with it, then plastic surgery is something that really make us addicted to it, and it is not good for our own health.

Based on my opinion, it is a normal thing that we want to have a pretty or handsome face, with a good-looking body. It is our nature characteristics. For example, if you want to buy a dress for your birthday party, you would choose the best color and best quality materials for the dress, and you would not choose a dress with a dull color, or having a bad quality dress, just like for our appearances. We would do anything to make our look becomes better than anyone else, even if we have to do plastic surgery to ‘fix’ it up. But, when they do plastic surgery, it would not change anything. It only changed our appearances, not our real appearances. If they were married and before that they had some plastic surgeries, it won’t change your children’s face, because the real appearances of someone was determined by the DNA that they had, and the DNA cannot be changed, even with a thousand times of plastic surgeries. Plastic surgeries cannot hide your real appearances forever.

So my conclusion is, plastic surgery should be banned because plastic surgery does not reveal the real beauty and appearances of someone else, and that is mean that if we did plastic surgery, we lied to ourselves and to other people that saw as a pretty or handsome person. Plastic surgery also can make us addicted to do plastic surgery again and again. The real beauty is not only come from the outside look, but also from the inside. Be confidence of your own and original beauty.
